T-400 Rinse Wastewater Treatment Equipment, Wastewater Distillation and Recycling System
The ACTSPRAY T-400 Rinse Wastewater Distillation & Recovery System is designed to recover water from industrial rinse wastewater generated by precision cleaning processes.
With a 316L stainless steel evaporation tank, continuous feeding and discharge, automatic liquid-level control, multi-stage temperature control and integrated safety protection, the T-400 can process approximately 500 liters of rinse wastewater per day under a typical 10–16 hour operating schedule.
The system uses thermal distillation to separate water from dissolved contaminants and non-volatile residues. Recovered water is collected through the condensation system, while concentrated solid residue is retained for appropriate waste handling.
It is particularly suitable for PCBA cleaning, semiconductor cleaning, advanced packaging, precision electronics cleaning and other industrial washing and rinsing processes where large quantities of rinse wastewater are generated.
