The ACTSPRAY BC710 Inline PCBA Cleaning Machine is a high-performance automated cleaning system designed for precision removal of flux residues from PCBA assemblies. It uses a continuous mesh conveyor with upper and lower spray cleaning technology to provide uniform cleaning coverage for large-size PCBAs, low-standoff BGA and uBGA assemblies.
The complete cleaning process integrates chemical pre-washing, multi-stage chemical cleaning, chemical isolation, DI water rinsing, air drying and hot air drying in a single automated system. Critical process parameters—including conveyor speed, spray pressure, chemical temperature and concentration, DI water resistivity and flow rate, and drying temperature—are automatically monitored and displayed through the Windows-based control software.
With optional MES connectivity, BC710 can exchange production data, equipment status, process parameters and operation logs with the customer’s manufacturing execution system, while work orders can also be assigned to the machine directly through MES.
BC710 is particularly suitable for high-reliability electronics manufacturing where consistent cleaning performance, process traceability and automated production are required.

Cleaning Process
The BC710 uses a continuous inline cleaning process:
PCBA Loading → Pre-Wash → Chemical Wash 1 → Chemical Wash 2 → Chemical Isolation → Pre-Rinse → DI Water Rinse 1 → DI Water Rinse 2 → Final Rinse → Air Drying→ Hot Air Drying → PCBA Unloading
The upper and lower spray manifolds provide cleaning coverage on both sides of the PCBA, while adjustable spray pressure and nozzle/manifold angles allow the process to be optimized for different PCB designs and contamination levels.
Key Features
1. Full Stainless Steel Construction
The machine body, piping, valves and manifolds are manufactured from stainless steel for corrosion resistance, durability and long-term industrial operation.
2. Powerful Multi-Stage Chemical Cleaning
The BC710 incorporates pre-wash, wash 1 and wash 2 sections to provide intensive removal of flux and other process residues.
Three inline chemical filtration barrels with 5 μm filtration help maintain cleaning liquid quality and reduce particulate contamination.
3. Chemical Vapor Condensation
Two long chemical vapor condensation devices help recover chemical vapors and reduce chemical consumption, potentially lowering chemical operating costs by up to 50%, depending on process conditions.
4. Automatic Chemical Temperature Control
An automatic chemical cooling system helps maintain stable cleaning liquid temperature during continuous production.
5. Automatic Chemical Management
The system incorporates automatic chemical addition and drainage pumps. A chemical proportioning system helps maintain the required cleaning solution concentration.
6. Adjustable Chemical Isolation
The chemical isolation section uses adjustable air knives to reduce chemical carryover into the subsequent rinsing stages.
Air knife angle and air blow pressure can be adjusted according to the PCBA design and process requirements.
7. Multi-Stage DI Water Rinsing
The BC710 provides:
- Pre-rinse
- Rinse 1
- Rinse 2
- Final rinse
The multi-stage rinsing system provides effective removal of residual cleaning chemicals and helps achieve the required surface cleanliness.
8. Independent Pump Control
Three chemical cleaning pumps and three DI water rinse pumps are independently controlled by inverters, allowing flexible adjustment of process flow and spray pressure.
9. Adjustable Spray Parameters
Cleaning and rinsing spray pressure can be adjusted according to PCB size, component density, flux type and cleaning requirements.
Spray manifold angles are also adjustable to optimize cleaning coverage.
10. DI Water Quality Monitoring
The DI water supply system continuously monitors:
- DI water resistivity
- DI water flow rate
- DI water spray pressure
This helps maintain stable rinsing conditions and provides better process control.
11. Intelligent Process Monitoring
The Windows-based control software automatically monitors and displays key operating parameters, including:
- Mesh conveyor speed
- Chemical spray pressure
- Chemical isolation air pressure
- DI water rinse pressure
- Air blower pressure
- Cleaning liquid temperature
- DI water temperature
- Hot air drying temperature
- Chemical concentration
- DI water resistivity
- DI water flow rate
12. PC + PLC Control
The BC710 uses PC + PLC control with Windows-based English operation software for centralized equipment control, parameter management and process monitoring.
13. MES Connectivity
The optional MES interface enables the BC710 to exchange:
- Equipment status
- Process parameters
- Production information
- Operation logs
- Equipment records
with the customer’s MES system.
Production work orders can also be assigned to the BC710 from the MES system, supporting automated production management and process traceability.
14. Automatic PCBA Detection
Input and output sensors provide:
- PCBA detection
- Automatic PCBA quantity counting
- PCBA timeout detection
- Output delay monitoring
15. Safety and Protection Functions
The machine includes multiple protection systems:
- Chemical and DI water leakage detection
- Automatic alarm
- Power phase-loss protection
- Phase-sequence protection
- Over-current protection
- Overload protection
- Liquid tank over-temperature protection
- Water tank over-temperature protection
- Hot air section over-temperature protection
- High/low liquid level protection
- High/low water level protection
- Emergency stop protection
16. Noise and Chemical Mist Reduction
Two-layer hinged glass covers are installed on the cleaning and rinsing sections to help prevent chemical mist leakage while reducing operating noise.
The hot air drying section uses double-layer protection with built-in thermal insulation material.
17. SMEMA Interface
SMEMA signal lines are provided for integration with upstream and downstream SMT production equipment.
