Product Description
The BC700 Inline PCBA Cleaning Machine is designed for automatic in-line removal of flux residues and other process contaminants from PCBA surfaces. It combines multi-stage chemical washing, DI water rinsing, air drying and hot-air drying in one continuous system.
The machine uses a conveyorized transport system with adjustable upper and lower spray nozzles. As each PCBA passes through the machine, heated washing chemistry softens and breaks down flux residues, while high-pressure spray provides the mechanical force required to remove loosened contaminants from the board surface.
The BC700 uses three consecutive washing stages to provide sufficient washing time for demanding PCBA applications. The washing solution is circulated through a filtration system and can be automatically replenished and discharged through the built-in diaphragm pump system.
After washing, the PCBA passes through a chemical isolation section followed by pre-rinsing, rinsing and final DI water spray rinsing. The multi-stage rinse system removes residual washing solution from the board and uses a rear-to-front overflow arrangement to maintain rinse water quality and improve final cleanliness.
The final air drying and hot-air drying sections remove residual water from the PCBA before discharge. Drying temperature can be adjusted according to the product and process requirements.
The BC700 is suitable for integration into automated SMT production lines. The machine can be connected with board loaders, unloaders, conveyor transfer systems and other upstream or downstream equipment through SMEMA communication.

Working Principle
During the washing process, the PCBA is transported through each functional section at a controlled conveyor speed. Heated washing chemistry acts on flux residues to soften and decompose them, while the spray pressure provides mechanical separation and carries the contaminants away from the board surface.
The following multi-stage DI water rinsing process removes residual washing chemistry from the PCBA. Rinse water enters from the final rinse section and flows toward the preceding rinse stages through controlled overflow, helping reduce water consumption while maintaining rinse quality.
After rinsing, adjustable air drying knives remove surface water before the PCBA enters the two-stage hot-air drying section. The dry PCBA is then transferred out of the machine for the next production process.

Construction
The BC700 consists of three main functional sections:
1. Washing Section
The washing section includes three chemical wash stages. Heated washing solution is sprayed onto the upper and lower surfaces of the PCBA to soften, decompose and remove flux residues.
The extended washing section provides sufficient process time for applications requiring thorough flux removal. The washing solution is circulated and filtered during operation.
2. Rinsing Section
The rinsing section consists of DI water pre-rinsing, DI water rinsing and final DI water spray rinsing.
Fresh DI water enters at the final rinse stage and flows toward the preceding rinse stages by controlled overflow. This counter-flow arrangement helps maintain rinse water quality while reducing unnecessary DI water consumption.
A DI water resistivity meter is provided for monitoring incoming rinse water quality.
3. Drying Section
Following the final rinse, the PCBA passes through adjustable air dry knives to remove surface water. Two hot-air drying stages then remove remaining moisture before the board exits the machine.
The drying temperature can be adjusted up to 100°C according to the product and process requirements.
