The magazine is automatically transferred from the upstream loading buffer onto the stainless steel mesh conveyor. At the preset conveyor speed, it passes sequentially through each cleaning and drying section before being transferred to the downstream unloading buffer.
With adjustable and real-time monitored cleaning pressure, rinse pressure, air knife pressure, hot air drying pressure, cleaning temperature, rinse temperature and drying temperature, the DC760 provides stable and repeatable cleaning performance for automated SMT production environments.
The machine uses PC + PLC control, supports bilingual operation, and can be integrated with upstream and downstream equipment through SMEMA signals. Optional MES connectivity and automatic barcode scanning are available for production traceability and factory automation.

Cleaning Process
The DC760 uses a complete inline cleaning and drying process:
Magazine Loading → Pre-Wash → Washing → Rinsing → Air Drying→ Drying 1 → Drying 2 → Magazine Unloading
1. Pre-Wash
The pre-wash section provides initial removal of dust and loose particles from the magazine before the main cleaning stage.
2. Spray Washing
High-pressure spray washing is performed from multiple directions.
The system provides simultaneous upper, lower, left and right spray coverage, helping clean both the inner and outer surfaces of the magazine.
Cleaning spray pressure is variable-frequency controlled and can be adjusted according to the magazine design and contamination level.
3. Spray Rinsing
A dedicated DI water rinse section removes remaining particles and cleaning residues.
DI water resistivity is monitored in real time to help maintain stable rinse water quality.
The rinse water is refreshed through a rear-to-front overflow system, helping improve the cleanliness of the magazines.
4. Air Drying
A high-pressure air drying section removes water from the magazine surface before the thermal drying stages.
Two adjustable SUS304 stainless steel air knives are positioned at the upper-left and lower-right sides.
Both air knife pressure and angle can be adjusted.
5. Drying 1
The first drying section accelerates water-air separation and removes residual moisture before final hot air drying.

The drying temperature is adjustable up to 100°C, while the air pressure is electronically monitored.
